Open Community Project
Al Nawras Village is a 270,000 sqm open community project developed by Jenan for ARAMCO employees. It is located near the dormitory of Al Dammam University, north of the coastal road, and consists of 228 Villas. Its proximity to main landmarks and services, and accessibility from all main roads are a solid proof of its great location.
Al Nawras Village was the first project of its kind to allow ARAMCO employees to buy their own fully-constructed villas according to the design and area that fit them best. According to the contract with ARAMCO, Jenan had developed the project’s infrastructure and services, and is currently constructing the villas for the employees according to the design they selected from the available options.
As the largest touristic destination in Eastern province of Saudi Arabia, Dana Bay boasts of a number of facilities. The development will feature 5 star hotels, a traditional souq, waterfront commercial opportunities as well as residential villas and chalets, in a picturesque environment of tranquil lagoons, expansive private beaches and lush ecological reserves. Against this stunning backdrop, Dana Bay will provide visitors and guests with a myriad of leisure facilities and entertainment. The project will feature one of the biggest water park in the region, a 200 -boat marina and a variety of retail and dining outlets.
